Standard Tracked Delivery (usually 3-5 business days) - A$13.01 for orders over A$80.09, otherwise A$22.02
Canada
Standard Tracked Delivery (usually 4-8 business days) - A$14.02 on orders over A$80.09 (otherwise A$17.02 on orders over A$40.04 and A$20.02 for orders under A$40.04)
EU
Saver Delivery (usually 5-7 business days) - A$15.02 on orders under A$40.04, A$13.01 on orders over A$40.04, orders over A$80.09 use "Standard Tracked Delivery" (below).
Standard Tracked Delivery (usually 2-4 business days) - A$11.01 for orders over A$80.09, otherwise A$17.02
