Miles better than the reeds that came packaged with my instrument! One of the two reeds that I ordered is slightly better than the other, but even that one is leagues better than the one I had before, 100% would buy again

Reed making kit was ok, though they only supplied 5m of wire instead of the advertised 10m. Emailed them and got no response. I now have another order outstanding and overdue and they never answer the phone so i have no way of contacting them to find out what’s happening.
Excellent contrabassoon stand! Really lightweight and compact. The instructions don't make sense, but it's pretty obvious how it all fits together. The stand now lives in the pocket of my gig bag. Sent very promptly by Crook and Staple.

According to their tracking my order was dispatched almost a month ago. After a couple of weeks it still hadn't arrived; fair enough, sometimes things go missing or get delayed. I contacted Crook and Staple to see if they could help me chase it/send a replacement, but got no answer. I have tried multiple times to ask for help and have had zero responses to any of my requests.
This is the ssecond time I have had problems with an order and customer service was non-existent the first time too. I hoped that was a one-off, but clearly it is just how they operate. I will never use Crook and Staple again.
