This rechargeable table lamp is ideal for reed making due to its small size and very bright 6W 200 lumen light which can be changed from low through to high power.
Folding arms allows this light to pack down into a very compact block which can easily moved or stored. This nature also allows you to angle the light right where you require it. As the light is also rechargeable this allows you to move it anywhere - you are not limited by plug sockets. Its integral 3.7V rechargeable Li-Polymer battery can be easily charged using the included USB cable (about 5-8h to fully charged). If you wish you can leave the light plugged in and use it like that.
The long lasting LED has three levels of brightness with its highest output being 200 Lumen (very bright!); ideal for holding a reed up to, to check how balanced it is / to help with scraping. Just keep pressing the power button to cycle through the 3 brightness levels.
In short, a great item for any avid reed maker!
Note: the cable supplied has a USB end. It does not come with a plug - you can either plug it into a USB port on a laptop or computer or plug it into a 'USB Plug' (not included).
